Since I was 12 years old, I've been shooting with some sort of camera. I began with borrowing an old 8MM camera from
my late Uncle. I used to shoot films on class trips in grade school and then show them in class.
In 1984, I had an
opportunity of a lifetime! I was brought on board for a feature being directed by the late Don Dohler of Perry Hall. I was
a PA on "Galaxy Invader". After that, I worked on four more films with Don. In 1991, I attended Phillips Junior College in
Melbourne, Florida.
After college, I freelanced around Baltimore in corporate video for a few years. In 2000,
I worked on what was to be Don's last directorial effort..."Alien Rampage" where I was FX supervisor, in charge of miniature
and pyro effects. It's this film training that has allowed me to be a better videographer. That along with strong editing
skills.
Epic Media Studios continues to strive towards high quality video production in every area. From simple promos,
to weddings, to feature films. I now have a talented pool of artists to call upon for whatever type of shoot that comes
up.
